Here is a full list of all the Permanent Hull Effects!
*The Special Effect Hull Paint can only be used at the Shipyard Master, under 'Set Special Hull Effect'.
*When the items are used, a special effect will be added to your ship with the cost of 20 million Ducats.
*The effect added to your ship is permanent unless you remove it or change it at the Shipyard Master. However, once removed the item will be lost.
*The item can only be added to 1 ship, and will not affect other ships that you own.
