Example: If a player equips Stuffed Dolphin [Increase Sailing Speed Rank:6] and Vagrant's Wear or Wanderer's Wear [Increase Sailing Speed Rank: 8], the player will receive Rank 8 for 'Increase Sailing Speed'.
